Dr. Judith Anderson retired as the Headteacher of Wootton St Andrew’s Church of England (VA) Primary School in North Lincolnshire. She is a special educational needs (SEN) specialist and wrote her MA dissertation on the history of education in Lincolnshire. In this interview she talked about teaching SEN students, reading and conducting whole school assessments.

She emphasised that she is proud of her MA degree but doesn’t really enjoy identifying herself as a PhD holder and I have to confess that I only got to know about her PhD qualification after we’ve almost completed the interview and she just randomly mentioned it whilst talking about her MA degree!
